Shop does not allow refunds or exchanges and therefore is in breach of the UK consumer rights law as this also includes charity shops and second hand stores. Explained in store but to no avail. It?s not an issue with the individual store per se but more to do with the policy of Age Uk. Despite missing out on future deals I will choose not to buy from Age UK again. Shoppers Beware!

A very spacious shop with everything laid out well. Books are all in A to Z order.

They don?t do returns OR exchanges and have it in extremely fine print behind the till. Would have been nice to know before purchasing really.
