Staff are incompetent. Pharmacist incredibly rude. Four months in a row had issues with repeat prescriptions. They?ve made data protection breaches looking at the wrong persons account and disclosing information they shouldn?t have. It appears no one knows how to use a computer. I?ve now moved to a different pharmacy for my prescription needs. I strongly advise you don?t waste your time there.

My doctor sent me here to get a specific cough medicine to help with a chest infection that Im struggling to shift, but the pharmacist here (older guy) thinks he knows better than the doctor and wouldn't give me cough medicine as he claims it would interact with a medication that I am prescribed, although he couldn't explain (or just straight refused as he is possibly most arrogant guy I have come across) and didn't appear to know what that interaction would be. Incompetence at its finest! He told me to go to my doctor and get a prescription (talk about wasting NHS time and money!) Spoke to my doctor who confirmed there is no evidence of interaction and said he has heard many complaints about the same pharmacist. This specific pharmacist has sold me the same item on a previous occasion so needs to make his mind up if he is educated enough to be in this profession. He is arrogant, rude, aggressive and needs to re evaluate his career choice. The other workers here couldn't be more helpful and are fantastic, trustworthy and have great customer service skills, shame the guy they answer to is so bad at his job. Also witnessed and have evidence of him giving controlled drugs in someone else's name to a 15 year old with no signature, perhaps I need to report him formally? Or perhaps Asda needs to investigate him. Anyway, another trip back to the doctor's and a trip to different pharmacy and they offered me cough medicine with no issues........... get ready for arrogance when dealing with this pharmacist and don't expect him to any clue what he's talking about.

Very convenient Pharmacy, efficient staff and they are also very helpful, always ready to give advice where necessary. It can get quite busy but the queue moves quickly, very handy to pop in when visiting the supermarket, no issues with parking either.

Called to ask if my prescription was ready, was spoken to rudely, given a very swift answer of no it's not and then they cut the call. I was given no chance to even ask when it's ready. I have been waiting 3 days now. I think their telephone customer service really needs some improvement. I'm not a piece of dirt, I'm a human being who needs to know when their medicine is ready.

When the stand in pharmacist who really couldn?t be bothered sells you something that is totally inappropriate take a drive to Cohen?s who can be bothered and have in stock what you need.

Obstructive and sarcastic. Telephoned pharmacy first to check stock of an 'over the counter' (not prescriprion) product of Optrex infected eye drops, which were for someone else, on a Saturday at around 5pm. They confirmed they had it. When I arrived 20 mins later and mentioned I'd spoken to someone... they didn't have any recollection of my call. The locum pharmacist refused to sell me the product despite me describing the mild symptoms..saying they needed to see the person it was for. I explained this was going to be difficult due to their work pattern. My local pharmacy is shut at weekends and GP is a 2 week wait. I asked whether the product was dangerous as I'd used it myself before but I was met with a roll of the eyes and "I'm a qualified pharmacist I know what I'm talking about". The pharmacy assistant meanwhile was smirking. I left empty handed. Complained to customer service who assured me of a phone call back. I'm still waiting for this days later. The good news is that I went to Boots in Hinckley the following morning. Asked the pharmacist for exactly the same product and described the same symptoms and they had no problem selling me the eye drops which cleared up the problem within a couple of days! Thank you Boots!
