“Needed a couple of birthday cards for just after Xmas. Due to the lockdown I expected the shop to be busy - my instincts were spot on. Fearing problems of overcrowding I approached the entrance. I was pleasantly surprised. Yes it was busy but I was met by a strict covid aware shop limiting shoppers and people in the narrow isles. I was advised where the cards I needed were and entered the store. I felt safe and obtained what I needed quickly with reassuring smiles from the helpful staff.”
