Pick up online orders here without hassle.Had to return a laptop last week but I had no problems doing this. The lady who was serving me asked me what she needed to, listened and gave me a refund. This is key to my review because from what I've heard not everyone makes return processes straightforward especially when it comes to tech equipment.

You can get most things here and shop in Sainsuburys after a coffee in the cafe what's not to like.

Staff at Argos are knowledgeable and very helpful. I like the order online and collect in store, which also works for eBay collections!Good location inside the Sainsburys store.

What a pathetic argos store!! You guys are working like cowboys.....one staff serving a long queue of people. Who is in charge?Putting Customers on Hold for too Long. .... You either close down or employ more staff!!!!!

The staff are not worth the minimum wage they are paid, rude, dismissive and could not careless for the customers needs.I would use a different Argos or completely different store all together

Served by Johnno I ordered a phone online to collect, it was on the wrong network. He sorted it out sent me on my way in 5 min. Really helpful and polite. Great customer service

Missing parts from order. To be fair there was a guy there who did try and help. Went online to try and resolve, spoke to a guy called Richard who didn't care. Go else where if I was you
