Came here yesterday to get my puppy an anxiety teddy, as she's quite a nervous dog, and was served by Ana! They're absolutely wonderful, and made my experience lovely x we chatted about my girl whilst making her bear and they were an absolute delight to speak to ?? thankyou a ton Ana! Well be bringing my pup in next month for her birthday!

Daughter was scared of the trans man the was trying to talk to her still after I stood in the way and blocked her view twice it was very rude and you could see that she was somewhat bothered about this we will not be taking any of the family here again

Fun experience for the kids they choose a teddy bear the staff then stuff it and then you can choose outfits depending on what you go for. Only thing it's a bit pricey but worth it

The children loved the experience and its so nice to see them so excited. Much better than buying a bear off the shelf in a toy shop. They bonded with their bears immediately and I know they'll treasure them for years to come

Was honestly so disappointed today. Took my son for his third birthday as he?s been so excited to do the build a bear experience. And it was so rushed the bear was already filled and all he got to do was pop the heart in a tiny hole and she sewed him up a two stitches and tied it , literally done in about 20 seconds, he was crying his eyes out not wanting the bear anymore saying he wanted to fill it! I asked at the till why he wasn?t allowed to fill it and got told if I?d asked he could have, but I thought that was part of the experience?! We tried to make up for it and get an outfit he wanted spending more money then we wanted too! May as well have just gone to a normal shop and bought a normal teddy!! Very very disappointed

My daughter had a really lovely experience making her bear. The staff were super friendly and put her at ease straight away. Though, I do think that questions about optional extras, such as a backpack at the end, should be directed at the adults rather than the children. These can get quite expensive.

Visited here with my partner about a year back. Though the product was excellent, the staff member who served us left room for improvement.My partner and I are in our early 20s (yes, I know, let us live lmao) and wanted to get matching bears cuz we're cringy like that. Despite our clear age gap to the stores regualr clientele, the staff memeber treated us as if we were children. They ran through the steps of making the bear as if we were 3 year olds. I get that they probably have scripts they're meant to follow, but you'd think they'd atleast try and diversify when popped who are clearly older visit. It didn't feel personal at all.I've read other negative reviews, and the one staff member multiple seem to mention sounds a lot like the same one. I have no idea if they're still there at this point, but they could do with a talking to.

The staff were so rude and unfriendly, especially that one blonde lady, who was very hostile and sarcastic from the moment we walked in the store. She completely ruined our day! Definitely won?t be coming back here.
