Shopping in the card factory on any given day of the week, is like entering the bloody thunder dome, the store is so poorly laid out & cramped, you'll find you'll queueing around an ever growing mosh-pit, caught between warriors who've ran the gauntlet that are trying to purchase their items & the new combatants in the thunder dome, struggling to view the cards on sale in the sloppily identifiable stands, will they be looking at birthday cards for their partners or condolence cards for the deceased? Who the hell knows.

Served by a lady called lisa who didn't know what she was doi g on the till and was shouting a lady called Kelly across the shop lisa then charged me the wrong amount and had to then get Kelly to refund me
