I had recently bought a TV that they had marked down. Talked to the employee about the dvd port (because I thought it had it). She told me that the TV was checked but not the dvd part so I decided to take it home to check myself (I got a 3 month warranty)Unfortunately when I decided to check, I was a little mad to find out I was lied to. The tv had no dvd part to it yet I was told it did. So now I have to take the TV back to the store tomorrow and get my money back. What a joke

Didn't feel welcome the last few times I was there, even the shop was not busy, and I couldn't get information about different items... They basically ignored me.

Just want to say what great customer service CG gives. Had a nightmare time of late redundancy, deaths and virus....CG very kindly held on to item so could buyback. Staff are friendly yet professional and understanding. Massive thanks and wouldn?t go anywhere else.

staff are friendly enough depends what time of day you catch them at and what department your at. Store is very small and over stocked could do with having a good clear out.
