Have dealt with ECF for as long as I can remember maybe as long as 15 years and have always found them to be very helpful often going beyond what you would expect from such a large company. The warehouse staff are always attentive and the delivery drivers prompt, helpful and well organised. The admin staff and field staff are always at the end of a phone to offer support and will do their best to keep things moving in the right direction for you. We have had a wonderful experience buying our kitchen from ECF/ Gaddesby kitchens. Lovely showroom and a real personal touch by the staff there. The kitchen is stunning and the quality, in our opinion, better than the many other places we considered. Manufactured on site also. The price was also very competitive. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

So much wrong with the kitchen and they didn't want to take responsibility for any of it. 3 attempts at getting a corner pullout correct. Holes didn't line up for shelf pegs and don't get me started on the rep, rude and clueless

Kitchen fitter complemented me on the choice of colours and materials I?d chosen, this was all thanks to Dave Pear who spent an awful lot of time with us. He was patient and extremely helpful, the pictures and information pack are an extremely helpful and nice touch!My complaint is that after I placed my order & paid a deposit things became a little disappointing! ! I had to chase delivery of the appliances, there was ?. in the fitters opinion slight defaults in the measurements & parts missing but after hearing nothing back from my email to Dave they went ahead and did what they had to do! We didn?t find out till the appliances were to be fitted that the dryer was missing! Again after texting and calling Dave I finally spoke with a young lady from Sales Team who informed me I should have been told the supplier of the dryer could not deliver until end of the month! She also said she would ask Dave to call me! Who of course still hasn?t had the courtesy to respond to any of my messages.Needless to say I will be cancelling this appliance and downgrading their review because of the disappointing and frankly upsetting way again proving that sales people are only there for their commission! ?.After sales let them down badly! Products great! Office staff helpful and professional! Would recommend you shopped at show room! ?

Have used products from their sliding robes range and gaddesby kitchens in the past and the quality is always 2nd to none. I look forward to continuing to deal with them in the future

Don't go anywhere near this company. Had a large bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom fitted with their units at acost of just under £30000 .Most of the units delaminated after a couple of years and after just over 6 years every unit has proved faulty. They refuse to honour guarantee given.

Avoid this company at all costs the quality of workmanship is appalling. Replacement doors and drawer fronts had to be replaced numerous occasions. We have cut our losses and replaced by another company.Our last kitchen we had for over 20 years. The only reason we replaced it was it was dated.
