Too long a queue at checkout as there was only one in operation. The one that was open the staff member was taking too long whilst chatting to customers and giving advice non shop related. Very poor service.

The staff were rude and stood up for the British lady who was clearly pushing me with her trolley. The male and female staff were not even there to see what happened. But still stood up for her. Also not very clean and tidy. The cages and cardboard were everywhere. The staff on the till not sure how to do the refund or ask for help. The lady was extremely rude to us.
