Afy the branch manager has been there along time and very helpful. The team are pretty responsive to be fair. I am a landlord and they deal with my rental property. They do sales, rentals, maintenance etc.

I?ve had an exceptional experience renting a flat with Martin & Co. They stand out for their consistent professionalism and helpfulness. Every interaction with them was smooth, and they were always quick to respond and resolve any concerns.Problem with the laundry machine? A technician who fixed it was present at my flat the day after I reported an issue.Problem with the oven? They have ordered a new one.Problem with the water cylinder? Technician was at my place a day after the report.My relationship with them has been the best I?ve experienced with any agency.It?s unfortunate that their flats are in such high demand; I was eager to continue renting through them but couldn?t secure another property due to their quick turnover.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agency.We appreciate you,Jakub & Konrad

Very good service for reasonable fees. I deal with Affy Hussain inches Leicester office, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to anything to do with renting and selling. He also knows the local property market so always provides the best advice.

I?ve got a viewing appointment at 16:30 and received a call on 16:29 saying the tenants hasn?t allowed the viewing for today abd they are very sorry for the short notice and the inconvenience and as a compensation they will arrange a viewing for the next day. On the next day, on my way for the viewing, I called them to double check for the viewing when they told me the property has been gone.Poor communication, unprofessional management and unacceptable behavior

I have now brought my first house. I liaised with Afzaal Hussain from Martin & Co to purchase my house. I had nothing short of an amazing experience. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Afzaal was helpful from the beginning to the end. If you are in the process of buying a house through them, then rest assured you are in good hands (especially if Afzaal is your agent) ?
