Disapointing. Actually was looking for Matalan clearance and i end it up here. Not much to see and very expensive. You can find a similar product for much less money. I wonder are they prospecting the market sometimes? Especially they have primark at a door step. Do they ever wonder why primark have hundreds of clients daily and they not? If you want to keep your prices up at list come with something unordinary,something special to make the money worth it. My opinion

I been to store as an impulse shopping and found a suitcase on very good value but it is only one in stockStaff name Michelle help me to find on website and she also take her time to call Beaumont store and found to so she reserve for me to pick up laterWhere as in the same store earns black girl appear very rude to me and denied to help in any termsVery good customer service Michelle ??Amazing! Barely anything in stock especially for boys. I always go in hoping to pick up items to find there's not much at all. Miss the old Matalan.

Great shop with great style. There is more choice online than instore, and they also offer a click and collect service. I buy clothes regularly for me , my partner and my little boy at matalan, and pricing is affordable and clothes long-lasting

Could do with having a hanging rack outside fitting rooms downstairs for unwanted clothes, and a sign saying there are more fitting rooms upstairs and that's where returns are. Staff really helpful with directing, and self check out. Good range of sizes

I'm reviewing as a male. Your Mrs will disappear in here for ages, just don't agree to wait outside for them. Go and get a coffee instead. Bonus is they won't break your bank and will be happy with their purchases.

Matalan has variety and good quality of clothes but they always lacks in sizes. Most of the time they do have XL or L size clothes and only few clothes in M and S or XS sizes. Store isn't crowded most of the time and we can easily pass and freely shop here. Overall if you are looking for cheaper clothes in L or XL sizes then go for shop here otherwise your most of time will be waste finding small sizes clothes.
