Everyone I have dealt with was very helpful and they took the time to listen, on the last occasion I had blocked my card and had to go in branch to deal with a few large transactions, which they did after checking the proof I brought in.

I think one star is probably too generous. No provision for business customers in this lockdown/Covid situation. The longest I have had to have my bags of cash out on the pavement is 1 hr 20 mins. The staff advise me there is no alternative but to wait my turn.

Excessive waiting time, normally 45 minutes. Opened an account over the road at Santander, in and out in 2 minutes, friendly helpful and efficient. Unlike Nat West.

NatWest Has to be 1 of the worst banks for this current situation. I've been coming every 3 to 4 days and the Qs have been the same.Barclays bank 5 stars.

Branch does not cope well with volume of customers. This has come about due to branch closures in adjacent areas. Maximum of 2 staff are available to serve due to layout of facilities.

Nowhere near enough tills. Waited 50 minutes to get served. Quicker turn around in A&E...!!

Staff are friendly but the place is absolutely rammed meaning it can take up to an hour of just waiting to be seen.

Need more staff and more desks to serve customers faster! People have other things to do instead of waiting for 45 mins to just print out a statement!
The new automated systems are a waste of time, instead more desks could be placed there and service could be performed at a faster pace.

Staff are friendly, but service is very slow. Often people queuing out of the door. Not enough staff to cope with demand since the Wigston branch closed. Not somewhere to go if you're in a rush, you could be waiting over 40 minutes.
