I entered to purchase a specific phone, and I was assisted by Rachael. She was easy to communicate with, having a friendly smile and easy-going disposition.I was able to get the phone I wanted quickly and easily.

Very poor welcoming by the lady at the O2 shop entrance, not bothered at all. They just want their salary. That?s it. O2 should focus only on sales commissions to make sure these sort of lazy sales staff perform! I wanted an upgrade but the staff was not all interested to explain. Thanks for saving my money ?? poor O2!

I've been to the shop this afternoon, and had an amazing experience. The Manager and her Team were so professional, friendly, helpful and supportive. After experience something really awful yesterday in 02 shop Highcross.I was so pleased with their customer service I received. They went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted.I was very impressed with their professionalism, they didn't look at my condition but their duty to provide the perfect service or quality product. Am so thankful and grateful to the Manager and her Team for everything she's done for me, when I lost hope.I'll remember this all my life, and it's not about the product or it's service but what the Staff has given me is more important. I know I've been having problems with the network but this is about the Service The Staff provide to us..Thank You Manager & Team BL

There is a lovely and beautiful lady at the 02 Leicester Beaumont shop, Rachael. She is very professional,soft spoken and sorted out my new phone, sold me a virgin broadband and offered me a new tablet.She is a rare gem to the company and a true leader. I sat in the store and watched her multitasked. I was intrigued by all she did and when it was my turn to be served , I had to tell her she is a gem. Thank you for an excellent service and keep that smile lovely. Will be visiting the store again for this brilliant. Thank you Rachael. 5 star service

Best place to buy cell phones with good contract deals. All brands like iPhones, samsung, nothing google, etc. You can get with great deals. Mr. Sachin Vaid is the most polite and helpful host of the store, and if in Leicester you are looking for a new connection or a new mobile, please go to the Beaumont O2 shop and meet Mr. Sachin Vaid, he will help you with great deals.
