“I had a really worrying situation after ordering vet prescribed dog food to the fosse park branch and it didn't turn up when it was supposed to and found myself in quite a state of worry for my dog as its the only food she can have! After contacting pets at home it appeared the couriers were at fault for not collecting! To make it a bit more understanding for this review I am a person really struggling at the moment and this was something that could have possibly tipped me over the edge! MY DOG IS MY WORLD! and thankfully after speaking to chloe Smith at fosse park she made sure it was delivered next day and informed me as soon as it was delivered! It may not sound that important to most people but it was to me! Thankyou so much chloe you don't actually know how much you've helped!”

Although, certain items cannot be found when compared to the Pets at Home, Fosse Park, most of the needs are met with respect to my acquarium and chickens. The store closes at 7 pm, which I find a bit disadvantage. Staffs are very friendly and helpful too. I would continue to visit the store in the future.”
