Brilliant experience today. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Busy but they managed to keep up. Shout out to the 2 managers as they did a fantastic job.Parking: Parking directly outside with decent sized spaces. However, it is in a retail park which has queues to get in and out of (rainy weekend Mother?s Day may have made this worse). The car park can get busy but there is plenty of space and a well marked pedestrian crossing just outside. There was also 2 disabled bays.Kid-friendliness: The team were kind and patient with my daughter. They took the time to talk and listen.

One of the best Pizza Huts Ive been too, the staff are super friendly and have never had a bad experience with them. The pizzas are also great, they do the Big New Yorker just right!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a Meat Feast pizza from Pizza Hut in Thurmaston Leicester that led to immediate health issues, specifically stomach cramps and diarrhea.Concerned, I reached out to Pizza Hut's customer care, hoping for a simple resolution or a gesture of goodwill, such as a refund for the specific pizza that caused the distress. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter amicably, the response from Pizza Hut was disappointing.Their investigation, while thorough, concluded with no acknowledgment of my discomfort or any offer of compensation, not even for the modest amount of around ten pounds. This lack of empathy and customer care has left me deeply disappointed. The refusal to consider a small refund as a gesture of goodwill, despite the personal impact of this experience, has led me to decide not to eat from Pizza Hut in the future.This review is a reflection of my experience with Pizza Hut's customer service, which, in my opinion, fell short of addressing a customer's genuine distress following their meal. It's unfortunate, as I had hoped for a resolution that would allow me to remain a customer.

Honestly the best customer service from team Thurmaston! Pizza Hut as a brand should recognise this branch/team for consistency in there customer care and service.Ps it was my first time at this branch and great atmosphere ?

Shame like most businesses after Covid the quality has deteriorated.Cheesy garlic bread was warmed using a lightbulb , soft and inedible? we didn?t complain like we should have. The salad bar was very poor, no onion , no pasta , very bland to be honest. The pizza was ok, but nothing to shout about?.. we left most of the food?. Ice cream was the highlight of the evening ?Billy , our server was a nice lad ?. You can?t pay with cash which still amazes me after all this time ?.. wish we had spent our money elsewhere

Got takeaway and the customer service was great! They reminded us that we can get a deal which was better! Enjoyed it at home just as much as in restaurant!

What a brilliant place! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. We were greeted by Graham who has got be one of the nicest service staff we have ever met! along with a lovely Scottish lady (sorry we didn't get her name) the place was spotless and the food was super yummy and fresh. We had the buffet which was amazing value at £10.99 each, you can keep going back for as much pizza and salad as you want. We woddled out of there haha! We will definitely be back. Thank you!Vegetarian options: All of the salad bar is vegetarian, including the sauces. There was an endless supply of vegetarian pizzas too, lots of options, the pizza slicer has a green handle so you know which ones are vegetarian.
