I order for the third time only online and I am satisfied because the food is delicious, hot AND cheap.the disadvantage is that it comes a little late, you have to wait nearly 2 hours for delivery to the door but the food is delicious really.

Ordered 6 PizzasOnly 2 were correct1 of the pizzas had peppers on the wrong pizzaAlthough there were peppers ordered it was on the wrong pizzaThe pizza it was on was my daughter?sShe is allergic to peppersSo she had to eat one of the other pizzas.The delivery was quickThe pizzas were hotJust not what I asked for.

Well after many late deliveries and the shrinking of kebabs tonight finished my custom completely. 18:47 order.. 20:30 turns up 3 miles away. Apparently after ordering through their app a problem with my card and order cancelled.. message from them.. so check card.. check bank app..no worries order a pizza from a separate business, then turns up 1 hour 40 mins after ordering. You've lost a customer, a repeat customer a weekly customer. Absolute joke of a takeaway. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere JOKERS USELESS INCOMPETENT

Disgraceful, for weeks I overlooked the extra bits I ordered . Tonight I won't accept bad service. Really sad as I my family loves pizza palace , sadly service and forgetting items is no longer acceptable, especially after over an hour and a half ?

I ordered the delivery driver rang said can?t get to me cause of floods driver had very poor English but every time I tried to speak he shouted over me i wanted to give him directions but due to his lack of cooperation I was unable I rang the shop they again went from speaking to me to others with no communication of give me a min whilst I talk to someone they then decided to cancel the order but have still taken th money out my bank very unprofessional especially the driver no customer skills at all we was regular customer but after tonight won?t order again

The delivery driver didn?t give me my £5.50 change got him on camera saying he will go get it and never came back tried ringing them before 12 no one answer rang a good 6 times two absolutely disconnected.

Is this place taking the p!ss. Pizza Palace! You used to be okay. Ordered some chips and cheese tonight and doner meat. Where the f 8s the cheese! Minimal cheese. Like a tiny sprinkle! £4.59 for some chips amd cheese with no cheese! Doner meat was okay! I won't be ordering again! I can get same amount of tasty chips and two chicken burgers for less than what i have payed for your cheese and chips with f all cheese! I used to like you guys! You used to be good and cheap and cheerful. Now you are just taking the p!ss!

Pizza came looking depressed, looked absolutely vile I used to be a very good customer and loved pizza palace but not anymore pizzas sloppy and greasy and undercooked now sat here debating if to shove my fingers down my throat because the taste was so bad ?????

Been ordered for this place for years but recently it?s gone down hill, food order was wrong & missing the very rude girl on the phone refused to send a replacement & said if I have a problem I need to go to the shop they wouldn?t send a driver will never use this place

We are regulars but after todays experience we are going to consider if we ever order again. Absolutely shocking service from the woman on the phone, she was very rude and reading other reviews we are not the only ones to think that, sounded like she didn?t want to be there, no customer service at all. We ordered delivery, 2 ordered sauces were missing, burgers came dry with no sauces either, even though we specifically asked for sauces. The chips were stale and hard, kebab was dry, salad inside the burger going brown, chicken wings were hard. Rang up to complain and requested sauces to be delivered asap only to be told, once a delivery driver is available they will, 1 hour later the sauces arrive.
