Got called difficult by for returning my items purchased 10mins earlier, had chose what I wanted online and popped to Foss to pick them up, got my stuff and paid, felt it was to expensive compared to my basket online, sure enough it was £16. cheaper online? I went back and said and first thing (the girl with brown long hair working in the mens dep at 13/07/23 till 105 TX 1014 12:39) Did was roll her eyes, huff and she say your just being difficult? I said its principle and its £16.00 difference! I said you want to learn some manners and she said "I" swore, I said no I didn't, so she was trying to validate she rudeness and cover her tracks in her managers eyes, she was looking for trouble and confrontation, like others are that are reviewing her. I asked for a full refund its a total of £92.10 and she snapped and said your only getting £92.00 because we don't refund bags you can keep it! I said no that's not happening your taking liberty's. Horrible argumentative confrontational unprofessional boundary pushing untrained staff, will lie to cover up her rudeness and push your bottoms to get a reaction, toxic worker there River Island

Your usual River Island store, nothing out of the ordinary but also the good standards you expect. The store is spacious, has a variety of things in store and the staff are also friendly. I came to visit the men?s section which is upstairs, and the women?s downstairs.

The shop manger was great, she sold me some jumpers just as i was about to leave the shop. :-) Her service was great and its nice to have people like that. She did her job and made me spend some money. :-)

Love the designs for this company but I really wish that they train the staff for manners.I queued for at least 15 minutes and when eventually served, the lady with a yellow lanyard and a nose piercing with brown hair said nothing to me, no ?sorry to keep you waiting? or ?hello?, she told me the value of my transaction and never said ?please? or ?thank you?! Terrible!!!

Staff helpfull. Being disabled and having to go up the elevater which wasn't working well. Electrics am issue in the lift, and seemed like I was coming into the shop floor as a delivery driver, as cluttered with stock But did get jumpers I needed, wanted trainers, but stock wasn't so great. Seemed just white trainers. That didn't look much good.
