They're never the cheapest. Their own branch in Fosse Park is ALWAYS cheaper!

Good place, no complaints

Shop? Clean, well presented, everything clearly labelled and priced - tick.Staff? As expected from Sainsbury's, clean, well presented, friendly, polite, professional - tick.My only complaint is us customers having to scan our own shopping through perspex. Unsure whether the perspex is an unremoved COVID thing or whether they regularly get shot at here in Leicester. Either way, it has deterred me from returningOh, and finally. I only visited the garage as the main shop no longer has a cafe and I needed a coffee.

Competitive fuel prices. However, the pumps which are ?pay at pump? only are not clearly marked. You are only informed by this by a printed white sheet at the pump itself - no overhead signs etc. This is irritating and also causes a lot of unnecessary reversing to get to the pump you want (e.g if you only have your phone on you and need to pay inside with Apple/Google pay). This is particularly frustrating as the forecourt is not that large and queuing traffic can spill onto the road.

Very good. Cheap petrol and good staff.

Fuel itself is great and paying is very easy. Till staff are fabulous. However they do not open at 7am as described. Its nice that the phone lines do work but unhelpful when I'm asking why it's not open the response ends up being "it should be". Its not the first time I went to fill up at 7am and it opened at 7.15 instead. Massive issue for someone with a 30 min travel ahead of them. X

Always people horning who wait in the queue for air and vile people trying to cause conflict. However, as that's not necessarily the fault of the company I have a legitimate reason for my rating...I parked beside the pump with my tank on the opposite side of the pump. Therefore I had to park slightly further advanced so the hose would reach the tank. A Sainsbury's truck driver told me I had to move back. I'm a pleasant guy, I didn't question it as I thought he was leaving. He sat in his truck idle. I approached him and he told me he was leaving in three minutes and told me if I can wait. I agreed but in the five minutes that he wasted my time I could have paid and left and not been in his way at all. Deep down he knew this but because he feels special he has a job he enjoys pontificating upon customers. Pathetic.

During this pandemic, they havent provided the stations with any gloves at all! The gloves dispenser with every station is always empty!

Conveniently placed petrol station just down from the supermarket. Pay at desk or pump facilities so can be a quick fill without queueing in shop to pay.

What can you say about a petrol station. Clean and tidy.
March 2018 by Chad Tolley
Same old Sainsburys petrol, cheapest around, normally the same price as Asda in Fosse Park.
Queues most of the time to get to a pump. Be warned the lanes are narrow so if you fill up at the back pump you can't get past to get out and have to wait, annoying when in a rush and you watch the person in front browsing the shop for snacks.
