Hamilton Sainsbury's has been our local supermarket for a number years. The management and his team offer a friendly and helpful service, they always keep the place clean, tidy and well to stocked with decent offers.

The store atregents place Loughborough, the store is nice but there is only 2 cashiers on even at lunch time. You try to use the self service but if yr needing any help no staff. Today 1 lady was on the till selling papsrs ect, while she was helping someone she had to leave that till @ 5 customers were needing help on self service tills. I am 68yrs old it took me 15mins to get help i cant stand that long. I gave up after 20min needing helpi had to go outsude @ sit down. I really hope they read this @ help sort staff out.C Inness

Claim to close at 23:00 but actually close a few minutes early. Should advertise that they close at 22:55 because the staff don't have the patience to serve customers after that.

2022 April: Still rubbish everywhere. You keep losing your paperwork etc, which then end up in the hedges nearby. see photo2022 March update: we picked up 6 large bags of your rubbish around Sainsbury's. Who can we invoice for this? Sainsbury's seem to neglect all this mess around their shop. This is 100% your responsibility, this is your rubbish in our area. Please respond. ThanksThe neighbourhood/car park is covered with rubbish purchased in this store. Scratchcards, wrapping papers of chocolate bars, crisps, sandwiches, Sainsbury's orange bags, plastic & glass bottles. Disgousting. All the bushes and bramble are covered with rubbish in the park nearby. Please get these cleaned up regularly as some of your clients still seem to be half-neanderthals
