Super friendly and attentive staff. Ordered via their app in advance to collect and it was all done and dusted super fast. Came from Coventry as my local Screwfix didn?t have all the items I needed so presume these guys have bigger warehouse? Will visit again. Thanks

Always a great experience at this store from the manager to all the staff i have come across - none more so than last week, pleasant young man ( "josh" ?? ) could not do enough to assist serving me and even offered to help me carry a few awkward bits to my car - Always a top notch genuine, pleasant and friendly service making it a pleasant experience every trip to this particular store !

I visited this store to collect a recent online purchase. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Turns out I had ordered my item to another nearby store not this one. However the staff member quickly identified the issue and advised as to where the item was to be collected. The store seemed clean.The online system seems confusing to use as I didn't know where my item was ordered too.

Rude Unhelpful Staff , Rang Up With A Small Simple Order Of Guttering it Was Like The Lady I Spoke Too Had No Idea As She Just Seemed Really Useless And Unhelpful it Was Like I Was Having To Be Arrogant Over The Phone Out Of Sheer Frustration Which Isn't Me At All So Was A Real Unpleasant Experience And Won't Be Returning!
