Conflicting emails saying parcel ready - parcel not ready every day for a week. Shoe zone gave a goodwill gesture REFUNDING MY OWN MONEY as parcel never arrived at Tesco express.

Not good as just after Christmas I took some boots back that I bought for Christmas day to go out in but I did not no and repeat that they all split open one side right side so I phoned the shop to let them no the manager said he would look at themWhen I got to shop to show him he said they notthing he could about he said he did not believe me would give any money back and he was rude and think he was trying to show off cuz they other woman in and her deaughter and she agreed with so think he did her in opinion he fit to be a manager and the shop very old fashioned it always black or brown in never other colours in and very cheap and the name old fashion Ed as well I will never go anagin

Having Multiple Sclerosis I cant feel my left foot and leg. So getting footwear on is difficult. My hands shake so a tie up shoelace is too hard. I had ordered some Lovely " Bungee trainers" and they were delivered very quickly. I was disheartened because I was returning them as I couldnt get them on. I was heart broken, Im in my late 50s ,but I didnt want, (forgive me) " Safe Older lady shoes" .On Saturday 18/6/22 ,We looked around the store. Janette approached us and said "Have you tried these?" showing me exactly the type of footwear I didnt want. We got chatting and I explained my predicament. She sat me down and she carefully watched as I attempted different trainers. Then she said "try a shoe horn". After a lot of practise, I mastered it and to my delight I came home with the trainers I wanted. I cannot thank Jannette enough. I was fed up of velcro . I had been in sales for years before disability and I really appreciate Janettes approach, patience and mannerism. Due to Janette Shoezone sold 2 pairs of trainers and a shoehorn. EXCELLENT DELIVERY TIME, EXCELLENT STAFF. THANK YOU

No deliveries with Hermes as they are useless had to wait in two days and never appeared at all so I won't be using the online again. I think they need to use a new courier for delivering as Hermes are bad at there service

Be warned -Please note do not buy on line any "buy 2 pay for 1 offers." Especially, whilst the shoe zones stores are all closed!.As if they supply the wrong size on one pair, and you want a replacement, you need to send back the TWO pairs, even if ONE pair has been WORN for well over a week!It is expensive enough to return one pair at customers cost, let alone two pairs. It cost me over £7 to send back x1 pair of shoes via Royal Mail recorded. (I know MY HERMES is far cheaper) but Royal Mail i have confidence in.Shoe Zone on line return policy needs updating to state on the "buy 2 for 1 offers that they will not replace at all for any reason only refund.I have my suspicions it's because they do not want to pay out postage a second time.I will not be buying on line from Shoe zone again. As returns policy is very misleading.They do not offers replacements unless you return the item/s to the store.A no offer of any replacement policy on line; should be in large print above the 2 for 1 offers.If i had known no replacements offers available on line, i would not have purchased them.My advice, if you can, wait for the stores to re -open....
