I contacted TT to book a table to play with a friend of mine on 24/2/24 and was advised to contact them the day before to reserve a table. This rang alarm bells immedately. I contacted them on 5/3/24 to book and they told me several hours later that they were fully booked and I couldn?t play. What?Extremely disappointed. I was a new customer to the venue and play 40K weekly and found the service to be really poor. What poor organisation. Just get a booking system like a diary, it?s easy enough.I won?t be bothering to make the effort to go there when there are three or four other venues to choose from locally which I can actually book a table at.

Ordered a case 4 days ago no update no response to emails or phone calls. Slow service no communication. Order from Germany will get to you quicker.

The prices are good if and when its open. For not the first time, today I found the shop closed along with 10 other people who turned up when I was stood outside trying to ring the store. Literally as I checked on Facebook a message got put at that exact moment saying the store was closed, 4 hours after it should have been open. Must've heard us all waiting outside.

Great product I got a commsion army painted by raven's nest who work close with tabletop tyrant and I purchased a big dreadnought case with them however now my army is getting bigger I find myself need more foam not the issue it's my first time with this sort of product and have no clue what sizes I need so wanted to talk to someone over the phone or even email but have had no reposnce for over a week tried on 4 diffrent days to call but no answer left a voice message nothing still great product but the customer service is the only thing stopping this getting 5 star'sRegards konnor Collins

Place has a lot of tables. They have some older decks which is great. They also had older sleeves and mats which I purchased. I recommend checking out their website gifts for geeks because that's where all the card stuff is. Bit confusing but you can see what they have

Literally just left the store and felt compelled to leave a review. Amazing customer service, great pricing and their own brand of carry cases were exactly what I was looking for. Dustin was fantastic, took the time to look at my army list and chose a set of trays for my new carry case based on that, but at no point made me feel compelled to buy anything I didn't actually want. Even worked hard to get me the best deal!Will definitely be coming back in the future for everything I need!

Really good wargamming hobbiest shop. Staff were friendly albeit. Typical hobby shop (i mean this as a compliment) not a high end retail shop bit haphazzard.If your looking for games workshop product/ related hobby things this is a good place. Other hobbies, dnd, starwars (sorry dont know the name) were represented but stock was a little light. Would recommend using the website.

I went They were the first time after lockdown in 2020 and people who work so nice that I got back into Yugioh card, brought a couple different decks from them but one I went to get a Yugioh legendary season 3 display case because I was trying to get a good price on the Yugioh legendary season 3 paid for 80. a price on accessories for trading card good. I will keep coming back to the shop because the staff makes me feel I am very welcome. I am recommending this shop to everyone.
