Cannot return items bought from another tesco if they don't stock it. Wasn't the policy before. Assistant rolled her eyes at me when I said I wanted to confirm with manager. Gone downhill.

Unattentive and non-responsive, rude staff. Was using self checkouts, it asked for store login. No one responded from the 2 members i approached. One said they will be back didnt come. The other one was busy in aisles chatting with a known customer who completely ignored me. Had similar expirience in my last 4 consecutive visits where the staff wasnt courteous. If you are looking for any customer service or your visit might require any assistance from staff, please ignore this store.
