Went here looking for stationary items. Left with wool, a couple of books, some fancy pens and other crafting bits and bobs. Everything is reasonably priced and there is a lot to choose from despite it being a relatively small store. Wheelchair accessible but the isles are quite narrow. A chair user may find it a bit of a squeeze during busy periods.

The staff a very helpful and friendly. If your not sure where your item us located ask a staff member, they are always on hand to help.Great place to go to stock up on art supplies, kids craft stuff, puzzles, books and much more.

I always love to look around in any of the Works stores. Generally, we love the inexpensive paints as my partner gets through quite a lot with her art projects. There are lots of gift ideas for all ages as well as stationery, stencils, calendars, diaries and general arts and crafts supplies. Sometimes it can be a little difficult to get around with wheelchairs or pushchairs.

Good quality and huge variety on toys & stationary plus books to....all at VERY good prices & always begins to be had. Right in the city centre close to market place and plenty of café & pubs to get refreshments

I had an item delivered faulty that I had ordered online. I had to wait a week for confirmation that I could send back (you have to ask to return something, even when faulty, even though it's within your rights!) I was told a refund would be made within 3 to 5 days of the item being returned. It took several weeks. I had to open Paypal disputes and chase several times to get a refund. I asked for a small additional amount to cover the inconvenience and was refused. Very poor customer service.
