Very poor service .after 6 days still my number hasn't working and store collugue give excuses for this. Never recommend this sim card to anyone .

Everyone that I met in the store and have spoken to on the phone in customer service was amazing and I said if it weren?t for the network service being terrible where I live I would stay because of the customer service. But then I met the assistant manager called Karin. Never in my life have I ever had anyone in customer service speak or approach me like that. Not only was Karin rude she kept cutting me off I had been in the store three times in a space of week and each time I had to speak to her and it was horrible. I asked her where the actual manager was and Karin said ?I don?t know I?m here they?re not?. I asked what time the manager comes in or days they would be in she just looked me up and down and said she doesn?t know. Karin was meant to cancel my sim contract she did not. I had to come in again and still she took no accountability and said she doesn?t know what happened but surprisingly the third time I went into the shop it got cancelled. I tried to ring the store no one answered I even ended up ringing highcross three to see if they could put me through but still no one answered. Everyone apart from Karin had decorum. Someone with a rotten attitude and has no empathy shouldn?t be assistant manager there are people in that store who I had a 2 second conversations with who actually had amazing customer service skills and were willing to help who actually should be assistant manager and should be getting paid a managers pay check are not.
