Professional service delivery has dwindled since the departure of one of third old staff Asif. They get medications mixed up, repeating same prescription within the spate of two weeks. Interest is not accorded the importance required as important medications have to be chased up severally for delivery. Looks like the new staff are not competent enough to handle the task they are employed for. Services are becoming very pathetic!!! Blood pressure medication prescribed over a week was not delivered leaving me without medication despite making several calls notifying them of my situation leaving me without anything to take for days. Promises were just in vain.

Brilliant service Azarn and his staff always fill the prescription and have never missed an item. They always double check the adress as I move about a bit and let me know its on its way.The best online Chemist on here by far.

They always delay my medication. 16 days now and I have not got my medication. And everytime I have to ring them to ask when they would be delivering my medicines. Not using them anymore. Disappointed

YAKUB'S is the only chemist i would highly recommend. Thanks to Azarn who is a massive credit to the yakub team. Our transactions of medication for work have always been on time. Excellent service I can?t thank Azarn enough he went out of his way to ensure this medication was delivered.. Tonight 08.04.21 we had an gentleman on End of life . Due to him being on a syringe drive we needed some medication ASAP he guided me with all the details for the out of hours Gp and personally spoke with the Gp to ensure this gentleman was cared for with the care and dignity he deserved .. Azarn personally brought this medication over at 20.00 disturbing his evening with his family. This was alldelivered with a friendly smile, thank you so much Azarn from myself Sarah-Jayne and our residents x
