Excellent service from Debs and Nicola yesterday. I ordered some accessories for an Oyster car seat and I received them today. Debs was really helpful and when I sent a photo to her she noticed that there were a couple of other items that I would need to ensure our small baby is safe. Friendly, prompt service and caring people at Babystyle. That is a 10 out of 10 from me.

So I brought the Oyster3 luxury package back in April and baby was born in July so pushchair has only been used for three months... Only to find the casing on the arm of the chassis is starting to split/crack. Baby style took absolutely no responsibility and quite frankly wasn't interested when I contacted them I got the response "we've never seen this before" and was very rude to be honest. Telling me the only option was for me to send it back and have it repaired at my own expense too which I agreed. So I boxed the frame back up ready for collection the next day only still to be waiting almost a week later as DPD never turn up, meanwhile I'm left carrying my baby out and about in winter while waiting around for them to supposedly collect my parcel. Zero concentration from Baby style and disgusting and rude customer service!!! I still have numerous parts still unopened in box that I'm not able to use without having to buy a brand new chassis absolutely furious. Now coming here seeing other comments on how it's quite common especially with there capsule car seat which I also have. Not happy, would definitely NOT recommend!!!

Do not buy!! - Avoid avoid avoid!!!poorly made products that will break! Put your child?s safety first!! Exactly the same as persons below arm snapped off when child was being carried in car seat!

Such Poor customer service!!!We brought a oyster 3 package from John Lewis which was delivered by Baby Style, after four months of use (not everyday) my wife was walking through a car park with the car seat in hand when the Handle broke off and resulted in our son being dropped on a solid floor, luckily this car park was at a hospital so was able to get him checked over immediately.We found that the locking nut that held the handle in place had broken off.Baby Style had this collected and we have just heard back from them saying that the locking nut will come loose and that the workshop have knocked something together to fix it.KNOCKED SOMETHING TOGETHER!!! And they expect us to trust and use that and put our 4 month old baby in harms way again. I would advise not to use Baby Style.

Bought the Oyster zero gravity and absolutely love it. Been using it about a year and unfortunately some stitching came undone on the seat, contacted the shop we bought the buggy from who got straight onto BabyStyle who immediately sent out a replacement seat free of charge for us. Customer service is great and I couldn't recommend them enough! Buggy is amazing too, light weight, easy to use and gorgeous colours it comes in too!

Needed some repairs on our pushchair as the dog has decided it was a chew toy. Nicola was amazing in getting us quotes and the booking/repair arranged. Never leave reviews but the ease of this entire thing really deserves a mention. Nicola you?re a credit to the company and have made us enjoy baby style and the oyster 3 even more.

So happy with the customer service I received from baby style. I needed the newborn insert for the egg shell car seat and the lady on the phone was more than helpful. Ordered it straight away and I received it within 24hrs. Never received customer service like it. Highly recommend

Phoned BabyStyle UK yesterday as the attachment for the hood on our Oyster 3 pram had broken. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and sent the replacement part the same day free of charge. The item arrived this morning, less than 24 hours later. Extremely happy with the service received. Thank you so much!

I want to give credit where credit was due. I had an issue with the latch on the car seat setting the headrest height. I went through the retailler but dealt directly with the team for the guarantee. I was able to bring the seat to the factory and upon inspection of the defect received a replacement in less than 5 minutes. Many thanks Karen and the team!

I purchased the full oyster 3 travel system in June in preparation for my baby arriving in October. My son is almost 5 weeks old now and we have been using the car seat along with isofix base a couple of times a week. The first time last week, while taking my son out the car, the handle on the car seat gave way and my son tipped forward in the car seat. I thought nothing of it at that point and thought it could have been human error. However, it happened on Monday this week and FOUR times Wednesday, one of which I was walking the short walk from the car to the doctors surgery and my son so very nearly bashed his head off a railing when the handle gave way while on my arm and swung back and fourth! This is a very very dangerous product.I contacted your customer service department and they have not given a hoot about the safety of a CAR SEAT!!! I?ve been told I need to return the car seat for inspection at my own expense!! I also have to go without a car seat until the inspection has been completed! I have to take my son to a few appointments at the hospital about an operation he has to have and how am I meant to take him to these appointments without a car seat?You can?t expect someone who has paid hundreds of pounds for YOUR product which has turned out to be faulty to 1. Return the faulty product at my expense and 2. Expect a new first time mum who has no family around her to go without a car seat?If the handle is clearly faulty, what other parts of the car seat are faulty? Has this car seat been manufactured properly? Does it meet the safety regulations required? If this does not get resolved I will be going to trading standards and by the looks of other reviews on Trustpilot over the past 2 months, I won?t be the only one going to Trading standards.

Thought I'd actually go out of my way to post a positive review based on my recent positive experience with the excellent Babystyle customer service team.Our pram was damaged by baggage handlers on a recent trip to Scotland and required the clips that retain the hood to be replaced. A quick phone call to the Babystyle customer care team saw a replacement set of clips sent out to me free of charge which arrived the next working day! Cant ask for more than that!The pram itself is great, we bought it new in sept 2020 to replace an iCandy Raspberry which we found to be too small and unsuitable for anything other than smooth pavements. The Oyster 3 is also far more flexible and folds up smaller. The ability to remove the wheels quickly and easily means it takes up minimal space when packed away in the car. Would recommend.

DO NOT BUY! Oyster 3 travel system, front wheels work loose and actually fall off when in use. This left wife stranded. Shocking customer service stay well clear!
