Extremely expensive and very poor availability, especially on produce and fresh goods. Despite the amount of tills, only one is ever in use (with the exception of the self serve.) All round appalling store.

Absolutely hopeless. For the extremely high price this store charges, it would be nice if the shelves weren't always empty. If only a decent supermarket such as Tesco or Lidl would take this on we would have half a chance.

I?ve just moved to the village and used this shop 3 times. On each occasion the staff I?ve spoken to have been miserable and unhelpful. My first interaction there was the worse because the attitude from the girl on the till was appalling. My job is in customer experience so I know I have have high expectations but I?ve had better service in Poundland. I won?t shop in this store now I?d rather drive further afield to have a better experience.

Only shop in the village so you have to make do really. Only ever seems to be one till open with the rest self-service. Plenty of parking (except when it has flooded), yet people choose to park on the double yellows and block the exit ????

They usually have a good range of food, and other household items. Quite often there are some organic options for veg, cheese, wine and milk, as well as gluten-free food. It's a shame that they are only open 10-4 on Sundays but otherwise it's open until 10 pm which is really useful and we buy a lot of our food from here.

We've used this store for our shopping since the lockdown and it's served us well, bit scary when some customers don't observe distancing, but we have been able to get all we need at reasonable pricing and even come to prefer some of co-op own labels. Nice to see local suppliers labels too. As older & vulnerable people we won't be going elsewhere for a long time yet and there's no reason to do so anyway.

Fine for necessities, but too expensive to do your big shop. Staff are friendly enough though. The main downside is living near to here, the amount of dog walkers who see no problem in leaving their dogs outside to bark relentlessly until their owner returns. I?m sure the co-op could put up some ?polite? signs pointing out that this is a residential area, clearly some customers lack common decency. The co-op produces more noise than the pub that?s across the road!!
