Worst Lloyds branch I have ever been to.I went there today to transfer funds, and they repeated 10-times:"Do you know that you can transfer it from home?"Rubbish customer service.

Most uselessly bank by far. Takes them two weeks to schedule one appointment and then they suddenly are on a ?sick leave? and schedule your appointment 2 weeks later. Takes them 4 weeks to do 1 days worth of work

Staff are friendly enough but have repeatedly fed us the incorrect information in going through the bereavement process and access/transfer of funds. Gone against their own online listed ID rules when it came to trying to open an account and are overall pretty clueless.

Blocked account due to suspected fraud OK no worries protect my money but it has take three days of being on hold for over 40 mins just to get through then I get put through to the wrong fraud department? and could be another 40 mins wait time told the guy to close my account down this is a joke need to make card payments and can't

I am extremely happy with every body who works in the Loughborough Branch of Lloyds Bank. They are always Highly Professional, respectful of my privacy and keen to be of service to me and all. The COVID-19 situation has put them and others like them, into uncharted waters. I think that they have evolved since the Pandemic started and are doing there finest to protect all of their customers and of course themselves. As a customer I know that it is sometimes easy to become irritated by the constraints that are now a part of our lives. Although there is a temptation to share that irritation with others I bring to mind my 2021 resolution which is to be more understanding of the changes to my daily life and share a smile under my mask . I, like so many others like me pray for the day when COVID-19 is a thing of the past.Thank you Lloyd's Bank Staff at Loughborough, you are doing an absolutely great job - Thank You!!
