Visited Loughborough Post Office to deposit cash into my Monzo card but found out they don't offer this service. Additionally, encountered a staff member who was quite rude. Customer service could definitely improve.

Blonde short haired elderly lady provided the rudest service I?ve ever had, it was laughable. I went a week ago and she gave me a horrible attitude because I wanted to ship an item to America and it was too much effort for her. She kept asking if I?m sure I want to post it, and I kept saying yes. She said it was too late in the day to be working, and kept grunting. I was surprised to be so judged for posting a parcel to America when I?m being served by the Royal Mail, an international shipping service.I went back again today and she was just as rude and unhelpful. I have a parcel that clearly fits in the large letter slot, I had sold 500+ items so I know parcel sizes very well, I also have a posting measurer at home and the parcel fit. She said I?ll have to pay for a small parcel so I asked her to see if it fit in the large letter and she seemed angry, she put no effort into putting it through, even though it absolutely could?ve gone through, and it did on my one at home. Shocking service.

Went in two day before Xmas to swop pound coins for notes all baged sorted ( have no bank account ) qued for ages as old blond haired wemen was chatting about Xmas plans it was due shut any time frustrating say least! Then she basicly told me p*SS off so went over to young man to see if he do it as one off really need changeing up for that night ..said man she's rude and he was no better in his reply..admit lost my cool threatened to damaged his Merc ( wouldnt of bit childish that my bad ) but upside bed Sq lovely people there help in any way can.. unfortunately lost coins at bookie's in there machine trying be cleaver changeing them up.. cheers high st po .

Worse postoffice in uk adisgrace to the postal service to many faults to list would be more more reliable sending your letters by carrier pigeon.

The most unhelpful staff, grumpy, unable to offer any advice or alternatives or lacking knowledge of such. Urgent restraining needed here or employ some younger more enthusiastic and not bored with life people who don't appreciate their jobs, in the meantime I'll use Evri and inpost instead, not going to be taking huffing and puffing for what is already quite an overpriced service.

Whether this post office accepts parcels with prepaid labels seems to depend on the mood of whoever is serving on the day. Some days, no issues at all and other days just flat out refuse to accept them saying have to go to the sorting office instead. Completely inconsistent service. I'll take ebay's advice and use another courier in future.

I went there to receive my amazon parcel. And the guy over there was so rude. I was just looking for my ID to receive parcel and he made really bad gesture with his hands as I was searching my ID. Extremely unprofessional and rude. They don?t know how to behave with customers and they are still doing these jobs. Pathetic person.

Saturday 29th July 2023 Braddon Road area, why has the postman pushed a letter under our gate instead of opening the gate and pushing it through the letter box. Laziness in my opinion or does not care if an important letter gets blown away. ?????

Unfortunately, my recent experience at the post office was disappointing. I was hoping to exchange some notes for coins, but the worker at the counter informed me that this service was no longer available. While I understand that policies and services can change over time, I was disappointed by the worker's response when I asked for assistance. The worker was not only unable to help me with my request, but also made a rude remark about not doing anything for free. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service that I expect from a government agency. I hope that the post office can improve its customer service standards in the future, and provide a more welcoming and helpful environment for its customers.

YET AGAIN THAT IRRITATING WOMAN ! I cannot believe the woman is still there after many years of irritating customers. Any other company would have sacked her for constantly finding fault with requests whether it be taxing a car or general queries about passports or postage. She clearly hates life or just people.

I did my renewal driving licence in the post office in Loughborough town. Counter shop man very helpfull he did in few mins. within 3 to 4 working days i received my new licence very good and quick service thank you

I read all the comments and I realized it's not just me but almost everyone has the same opinion about the lady at the counter. I want to use the service to check passport application for my little son. and she asked for my birth certificate when all my papers were complete and there was no information that I needed mother?s birth certificate. at the end she said if you're good then go do it. then my friend helped me finish them and send them out without her. As a result I got passport after 1 weeks. so think how a person like me who needs help even though I will pay a fee to meet someone like her will affect the future of my whole family. I have to say though, the postal service men here are really nice. they are always friendly and resolve very quickly. Just one person always magnanimous not all

1 star is too much, rude staff, nobody answers the phone, write addresses wrong and don't care. literally the rudest people I've ever been served by.

Short blonde-haired lady at till doesn't seem bothered to work. Rudely told me that I needed to print off my own returns label. Only after showing her the email stating that it's a digital return with a barcode only then she begrudgingly proceeded. Zero customer service.
