Sadly I can't remember the ladies name who assisted me today but she was incredible. So helpful and knew her stuff. I wanted some new running trainers. Outstanding service! I'm in my late 50s, gently getting back into running again and wanted some shoes for road use that fitted properly. The advice was brilliant, as was the incredible care and attention. Super professional but not patronising in the slightest. Really friendly too. And the Brooks shoes are perfect.
