I had an awful experience today, was attempting to return something and I was met with the most unhelpful customer service. There was a queue to return things, and when one of the staff members pointed out I needed to get in line (the line was all over the place and other customers were confused), this rude staff member rudely shouted across to me and ignored my polite request for her to point out where the queue began. She was so rude that another customer pointed out behind me ?she didn?t need to be rude to you?.There were at least 3 staff members at the customer service desk but everything seemed a bit unorganised and chaotic.I don?t want to point the blame to all members of staff as I didn?t get the name of the rude member of staff, but she was an older lady with very light hair and missing teeth.I truly hope The Range Loughborough remind their staff about basic retail etiquette and ensure their staff never treat customers in such a way again. Fortunately for me, I went to B&M after across the retail park and had a wonderful experience thanks to their super friendly staff!

Extremely rude female store manager. I've never been treated in such a rude manner by any store assistant in here, they're very pleasant, as are all the staff, but one of the female store managers today was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable, and treated me like a criminal because I had gone back to look at a further item. A very sad individual, who has little intelligence and thrives on abusing their deluded sense of power. I have never been treated like this by a store manager, extremely unprofessional and very little to do with her time clearly. I wouldn't ever shop in this store again. Such an unintelligent and sad individual.

Generally a good store, however some items did not have the prices on the shelf edge. Maybe because think they were clearing away xmas stuff, getting sale stuff our and organised. Otherwise a good store and would have had four stars.

Very untidy store with limited stock when I visited, tried to speak to a member of staff but she seemed more interested it telling someone else about her Saturday night, won't be visiting again.

I visited to shop at iceland which is inside the Range. Although there was a good range of ready meals and things like pizzas they were sadly lacking in meat. I had gone for some steaks, but sadly, there was none. Nor any other meat I could have replaced it with.
