Worst estate agency we have dealt with. First of all they ask for so much information from your employer and go on about making it a simple process. They then ask you to pay a holding deposit, with conditions not clearly stated. They say they want information of all people living in the property, we do that it turns out they were asking for who pays rent in the house. Again information not clearly stated. Then they have the audacity to decline the property because of a credit check done on someone who?s not even paying rent. Had a lot of experience in moving around houses, dealing with estate agency?s and never seen such a badly organised agency. Then they say we?ve provided misinformation on someone who?s not even paying rent!! There?s a reason why we kept saying that specific person will not be paying rent because they do not earn. Ridiculous and would not recommend to anyone, waste your time when you?re in desperate need of a house.

I don't usually leave reviews but after my excellent experience with Your Move I felt like I had to leave one. I was taken for a viewing with Katrine from the company, she was so informative and knowledgeable on the property and able to answer every question I asked. She made me feel welcome and provided the best customer service for an estate agency I've every experienced. I would definitely recommend Your Move and would like to say thank you Katrine.

Andrea and her team have recently sold my property and I can?t fault the service they have provided from start to finish. The house sold in 6 days following the advice and assistance when marketing at the right price. The 3D photographs were fantastic. They showed clients around the house at my request.
