Ending up buying 2 dresses I would have otherwise ‘hobbled’ past. She would make a perfect personal shopper or councillor, thank you for listing to me and making me smile for the first time since my personal bad news. You are amazing.”

“A medium to large Fatface store.Currently having their end of summer ( or no summer this year ) sale.It gets very busy at the weekends, but 2 people were serving on the till, and service was fast.Everything is nicely laid out and the store is spacious and easy to navigate.No problems at all and will happily return.”

“Been here twice in the last few weeks for some coolant and a headlight bulb and spoke to Chetan both times. More than helpful. Left with everything I need and some good advice both times. Nothing was too much trouble even on a miserable Friday afternoon. Would give 6 stars if I could.”

“I am so grateful for the kindness shown in store today. I'm autistic and the returns process completely overwhelmed me, I ended up in tears. The staff treated me so kindly, and took it upon themselves to phone customer services and return the items on my behalf.As my daughter gets overwhelmed in shops, and is also an awkward size, we order online to try on at home. Naturally that means a large order with only a few items kept. Today I returned the items to the MH store and was reminded that we have to create a return on the app. So I needed to do it in store. I was 3/4 through and the app refreshed. I was already very stressed as none of the item descriptions matched what was on the dispatch note, the dispatch note didn't have the clothes sizes and the app didn't have prices nor the barcode number so I was left guessing. Being forced to do something where I could be returning the wrong thing, it was very triggering.I will try to remember to do this at home in future, but if the app refreshes again, the staff offered to return in store using the telephone method to allow me to avoid the same pain.However if anyone from New Look reads this, I would strongly advise that the return app needs reviewing for user friendliness.”

“Just love this shop and only avoid it to save my pocket!! I tend to go in near closing time so i get asked to leave before I part with my hard earned pennies but nope they leave me to shop! What a lovely range of products and have found items that couldn't find elsewhere. Staff seem to have the right balance of being approachable yet let you browse in comfort.”

“Always love to pop in here when visiting Market Harborough! They have an excellent stock, and they take good care of curating the displays to make the place as attractive as possible. They often have great collections of other things other than books as well, such as vinyl and paper ephemera. Have bought lots of lovely books from here in the past. It's a good one!”

“We had 13 vouchers to be processed that involved each one needing to be entered individually. The vouchers were on phone and the signal was poor. Lucy who served us was brilliant, really patient and worked through the list whilst remaining cheerful. Not usually an Argos fan but excellent customer service.”
