Ordered four new tyres and was happy with the price. Tyres were fitted in a reasonable time. Went and collected the car and it was still on the ramps and I thought here we go, they've found an "issue" which will cost me extra. I was informed that a rear wheel was out of line or something wrong with the camber by 0.1 and it needed fixing. I asked how much this would cost and was informed £6.90. So i though ok not to much might as well. After five turns of a wrench i was taken to pay to be informed it was £69.00! Was absolutely amazed after being told it would be £6.90. My mistake was to pay, I really shouldn't have and am still kicking myself for doing so. All i got from the staff was sorry for the misunderstanding! £69.00 for five turns of a wrench and two minutes work. Absolute con!

Got me out of a tricky situation where I was about to go on a 150 mile journey and discovered problem with the front tyre. Got me in the next day and corrected the problem which allowed me to continue my journey albeit a day late.
