Got the decorators in, only half the shop to view, all squashed together in places, plus holding a team meeting(i think)in the showroom? Not very professional.Also, they did have a very large warehouse with returned, ex display sofas and chairs, but no more, maybe due to the redecoration??

Update: it is now March and these issues are not resolved, I'm constantly chasing the branch manager for some kind of resolution as 2 visits from the "care team" have been unable to rectify the damage from our damaged sofas delivered in December. The complaint is passed around as apparently everyone goes on annual leave and I have to begin again, resending images I've already sent.. Far too many calls and emails made to the branch and main DFS customer services who just do not care or want to resolve anything. Trying to escalate but told I cannot. Asking for their complaints policy but it's never provided. We repeatedly have to remind them of our consumer rights.-----Delivery drivers refused to assemble, as apparently they are subcontractors and not trained? "Delivery and full install" is paid extra on top of sofas so why is this subcontracted to people that can't do it?What has been delivered is damaged and dirty. Black stains, ripped and scratched. Upgraded to easiglide but they are also missing.Can't get in touch with store or customer services manager who is on holiday. Was told someone would be out to fix it today, waited for a call that never came, then we were told no one is coming today.Could build ourselves (though this would apparently void our warranty) but parts are missing so lounge is full of parts of sofas with no where to sit. There is nothing we can do.Terrible service and delivery. Wish we'd bought elsewhere. Praying it is sorted before Christmas!

Really poor experience using this store and DFS. Order placed over 2 weeks ago and issues with order glitches and finance means my order has not even started production yet. Multiple calls to customer services to resolve. Promised a 3 days resolve and I?m still the one chasing. Awaiting order cancellation

Excellent service! Kate the sales rep we dealt with was fantastic. She gave us excellent advice, had great product knowledge and was able to answer our questions and offer advice without it feeling like upsell. All round great experience and we are now looking forward to taking delivery of our new sofa and chair.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered furniture at the end of July for delivery at the end of October. They called me 5pm Friday after my furniture had been removed as delivery was scheduled for Saturday. No reason was given as to why there was a delay. We are now into 6 weeks of delay so cancelled the order nearly two weeks ago and still not been refunded the money. Staff at Measham office and head office are really poor they have no idea of customer services

Great stock, friendly staff and a clearance section (albeit slightly hidden). Sofas have become tech pieces and they have stock, clean and pleasant, never too busy on the times I?ve been but busier on holidays and weekends, small but adequate car park and easy from towns like Burton and Tamworth

Truly Awful experience.Order was two months late, customer service had a different reason and a different ETA every time I spoke to them, never really knew when the order was coming. Turned to the Measham store for help, just as bad! must of been 5 times and a new promise was made and never kept. still waiting for a phone call the manager promised over a month ago. won't be a using again or recommending.

Fairly standard DFS store but the staff here were great. Very welcoming and friendly, we went in just simply for decor ideas with no intention of buying sofas (as we had already bought in a different store) but the staff were more than happy to help us and talk to us about what other items they had.Its in a bit of an odd location as you dont expect a DFS where it is located, but that said its still a good store.

A few years ago I purchased two settees from here and initially I was pleased with them until around four years that is. There was a bang and the seat collapsed. After contacting DFS they came out and found a spring had broken. The did promptly repair it and I thought it was sorted. Sadly not! It has continued to fail on approximately a yearly basis ever since.On this last occasion the breaking spring pierced the fabric and the whole settee had to be recovered.It has become apparent to me that in my opinion this is a substandard piece of furniture, I tried to negotiate a mutual agreement with DFS but they were not in the least interested. This settee has fortunately? a 15 year guarantee on the frame so I am destined to repeat the cycle until either the guarantee expires or I dispose of it.I have seen the "frame" of this settee while they were here re-covering it and I was rather dismayed by the "timber" used in its construction.All this is just my own personal opinion and maybe others have been satified but for myself I would chose to look elsewhere next time.

Great shop and lovely staff, very helpful. Good selection of furniture and. Reasonable prices to. Roughly 4 weeks delivery for our new sofa but thibk that's about average for made to order.

Brought some sofas took insurance on them later on put a claim in guardsmen they didn't do nothing and dfs who sold us the insurance and took the money said we can't do anything. Stay away guys
