Plain rude. Everyday I have gone in for my lunch for almost a month now and despite my attempt to be polite the woman serving me has done nothing but ignore and not say a word to me. Not even to tell me the price- despite talking to other customers perfectly fine. I have done nothing to offend this woman. And if it?s because she doesn?t know me- she should not have a store if she cannot provide basic customer service.

Absolutely no social distancing measures at the one in Narborough. There was 5 people queuing all in one little area. All of us were trying to return parcels and the staff had absolutely no control or knowledge of how to return parcels. The staff made the situation worse by making people stand to the side whilst others tried to use the returns machine. They allowed customers to keep entering the shop and not maintaining the government guidelines for social distancing.
