Came in for an Apple laptop, and Harvey and George were absolutely lovely, made my day! I felt very looked after and they really know their stuff! Harvey helped me with my decision on what laptop to purchase and George made the purchasing/paperwork super easy! Thanks guys ?? they are awesome!

Ordered a small fridge online as our fridge freezer broke Christmas eve with in one hour I had collected it returned home and it was working perfectly I was in and out of curry's in ten minutes great service

Went the other day for a soundbar. Not that impressed overall. Seems large numbers of staff congregate in the TV area obvs where the money is but not one asked me if I needed help once amd seemed to just be chatting to each other .eventually I approached a young girl who helped me

We had been to several other stores elsewhere to get the kettle & matching toaster. Nottingham & derby ended up at fosse park. Plenty of parking. Helpful staff

Abysmal ServiceI went to purchase a PS5 controller on black friday and had to pay instore for the controller, this controller was never delivered resulting in a wasted journey and efforts. I then returned back to the store querying this issue and was told a refund would be issued within 5 working days. 4 Weeks later and the funds have still not been refunded. Making this situation more frustrating was that I was told to pay again for the same controller. So here I am 4 weeks later £80 spent on one controller which doesn't even work properly.I went to return this product yesterday at Leicester Fosse Park and was told there was never order made on these days by my card when I have the relevant proof.I rang the head office to raise a complaint in which I was brushed aside with the phone call promptly ending which resulted in me making this review.Please can someone with authority please help me.

Got what we came in for. But waited 5mins to pay as one casher decided to go off and serve someone in the computer section. Then had to wait again for another casher to serve us. I think you need to stick with the cashers to serve people while waiting at the tills before they walk off onto the shop floor and leave people waiting to pay. Bad customer service.

Went to exchange a tv. The signage in the store was poor and it was difficult to know where to go. It was not to the returns department that we needed. It was the support section as the tv needed to be tested. The staff were friendly and did what they needed to once you found out where to go. Numbers were limited so the wait was a long one. The visit was nearly three hours long.

Went for help and support Indian supervisor can and straight away you can see she was on a power trip she even stepped forward and when I quested this she you did so I need ride u help I asked to speak to so called manager Dee lol even rudier even told my lad SHHHH I talking to your dad you don?t thst in any field guess I even knew this gay he could not be bothered to help was rude had power trip thinking he was all big ( guys I am Indian) but these people had attitude you could tell the staff could not believe and just listen scared of getting sacked . I emailed CEO cut long story short they did nothing to help and seems this attitude and lack of support come from the CEO so no wonder this so called flag ship is soooooooooo back . Help we all need to but electric stuff don?t shop at this curry?s of elected etc go to St George?s branch Great staff and very very helpful manager . Please help spread the words let?s stick together

Didn't have what I wanted .but the item was on display. waited for an age to get served.staff member, had no idea what the answer to my question was. But the best thing was I was told we don't have any in stock at the moment. We can order you one in.whats the point in having a store if you have to order one in. very dissatisfied

Its a shame the minimum is 1 star? I went to Fosse Park Curry?s today to buy an IPad, and after waiting for someone to serve me I went to find somebody. After explaining I wanted to buy an IPad, he told me he only had the silver colour in stock and went to serve another customer, like I wasn?t going to buy anything. So I left the store, went to St George?s Retail Park and bought what I wanted there with a much better customer experience. Thinking about it, I should have bought it on Amazon as I don?t feel Curry?s deserved my business. Good luck with your sales events in the new year with the staff you have!

The parcel was lost in transit on the way to the store not receive any email about this until I went into the store. They can?t give me one from their store stock as I have to wait until it?s confirmed. Lost another week.Quicker to order off Amazon. I Got told by the store to buy one from the store and when it turns up return back to the store

I ordered a freezer, I had to wait two weeks for delivery, after receiving my order, I unpacked it, only to find a shelf missing, and a continental plug on it.Ring Currys only to be told I need to go to the store, queue for over an hour, to be told they will pick it up Thursday, and then I can go back the next day for a refund, but because I paid with a gift card, they will replace my gift card, this is fine, but because I have been so disappointed with the service, plus the food I have lost, has my old freezer has been taken away, I now I have no where to put it, plus petrol money go to the shop.I have now been forced to buy from them again, will not buy another thing from them again.

Went to buy a replacement TV. Most were not displaying anything, maybe saving the planet. There were other retailers selling similar TV's with 5 year guarantees at comparable prices or cheaper. Needless to say I didn't purchase that visit.
