After making a complaint 3 times by phone was treated appalling by local postman and forced to escalate complaint higher. As this is now a serious issue of safeguarding and GDPR I requested manager at Gelders Hall call me directly as a matter of urgency which he has not bothered to do. Shocking and will be taking this further.

Driver tried to deliver package twice. thought there was no access to property but didn?t look for pedestrian entrance and or was afraid of our dogs. This was 8 days ago and I still haven?t received my package despite having a face to face with the manager and another delivery driver ringing the office and asking where my parcel is

Extremely poor at updating their website for times of openings. Three times now I?ve been made to wait outside for them to open due to the wrong times shown. Extremely unhelpful staff. Not accommodating at all.
