My experience with Vogue Beds is exactly the same as the other bad review here on Google. There is a theme here. I purchased a 7000 pocket sprung top of the range mattress for nearly £2000. After months of use it started to dip, causing back problems for my wife and I. Customer services make you take lots of photos and then do everything they can to blame it on the customer. In my case they blamed the base, which is a solid plyboard base, supported by slats, with multiple support legs, and it has been that way from before buying this mattress. They simply don't want to take responsibility so say the slats are too far apart. Thats nonesense as the whole lot is covered by a sheet of plywood, so the mattress does not even touch the slats. The base is totally solid and flat. Blameshift and irresponsible is synonymous with Vogue Beds. They will take you money, but if it goes wrong, they'll blame it on something else.I have never dealt with such a bad company before. When i initially spoke to their commercial director, he acknowledged the problem and was quite reassuring they would fix it. Unfortunately it didn't work that way after months of pushing. John Lewis sell top end mattresses from a Leeds manufacturer and have excellent customer service policies..... would recommend buying there if you want a good mattress and a reliable retailer who will look after the customer, because they have a reputation to uphold.

I cant believe I'm actually having to give this company 1 star, but google will not allow you to leave 0 stars, the only place for these mattresses and other products is your local recycling plant but then that's an insult to the recycling plant. Within 4 weeks of purchasing these mattresses and other products they both began to dip, and sag, they became horrible to sleep on, and gave us all bad backs and chronic pain. We phoned this company to explain what was happening and they became threatening towards us and refused point blank to give us a refund or any kind of replacement. Luckily we had paid for all items using our credit card, we have just received full payment for faulty unfit for purpose products from this company, it has taken nearly 2 years to get what we deserved a full refund and to be able to dispose of these items, after keeping all items up against our bedroom walls knowing everyday we have been ripped off by this company, but after seeking independent help and a report to confirm that these mattresses and other products are faulty and are poorly manufactured. Vogue beds customer service is appalling and there is defiantly no after service and I can only advise if you buy products from this company you will have 2 years of HELL getting your MONEY BACK!!! it brings some satisfaction writing this review I clearly hope Vogue Beds now wished they would of offered support from day 1

In October 2017 I travelled to Vogue beds. I met with Gareth. After discussion, I bought an adjustable bed but could not make up my mind between two mattresses. Gareth explained that I could buy one if I was not happy I could return it change it for a different one. Shortly I realised that I had chosen the wrong mattress. I was told to pay for another mattress. Vogue eventually agreed to reduce the new mattress price, £1000 to £600. Vogue did not honour the original agreement. A courier company would remove my old mattress and deliver the new one. My planned holiday confused the delivery company and the delivery was not made. After several phone calls the company arrived and refused to take the original mattress. I contacted Vogue again and the courier once again turned up to take away the original mattress. If buying from Vogue, think again. Get everything in writing, be prepared for problems.
