For the first time I am dissatisfied with an order! The pizza arrived cold after over an hour, not as ordered... the large dip was also different. Something broke.

Ordered two pizzas, one of them was smaller than I paid for, the other was burned. I?ve called them and sent pictures, the guy who made pizza lied that he will call in few minutes, obviously he didn?t.

Staff were friendly having pushed pick-up time back due to heavy traffic. Food was ready upon arrival, could have been hotter but put this down to changing the collection time on a Friday evening. Got what we expected from a dominoes, nothing more, nothing less.

Got better since our last collection. Food hot and ready when they said it would be. Had the offer of 2 large pizza for 23.99. Just what we needed after a busy week ??

I had collections 2 times and both of there cheese were a little amount that I could say there wasn?t any and it had less topping then we ordered.I?m not going to come again!

Lacked cheese and was very dry at the back of the pizza in other words the crust and I thought as in was physically expecting to physically see an pizza of what it looked like in the pictures but disappointingly unfortunately and sadly it looked nothing like it the cheese when I bit into it came off too easily in other words just by looking at it I felt like it lacked cheese and when I physically bit into the pizzas the cheese and pepperoni seemed to be coming off the pizza to easily ???? how unfortunate is that I was expecting it to be more cheesier and greasier but no they were big which is the only good thing I can say about this place but other than that it was dry and lacked cheese and grease also I didn?t order chips from here considering the only chips they do is wedgies , so those are the things I?m disappointed about with this place/shop

Walked in to collect my order. Counter server practically accused me of lying and reluctantly took my order again. Sounded angry throughout her exchanges with other staff. EXCEPTIONALLY rude woman. 4pm today 2/2/23. I hope she's nicer to her friends, or she won't have any. BUT she needs to remember friends don't pay her wages!!!!! Will avoid collection or this store in future. Hope she's just cover staff.

Ordered a pizza from this store via the Dominos app. Shows delivery hours until 5am. Order placed at 0315am yet 10 minutes later, the Tracker on the App shows the order cancelled. Tried contacting the store yet phone rings off the hook constantly with no answer. No email from Dominos saying that the order is cancelled & payment refunded or anything! I have just left hospital and needed something to eat after being essentially starved whilst in the hospital and consultant dietician telling me that a pizza would be best meal to break the ?fast? with, hence the order. Now got to wait 5 working days over New Year/weekends for refund as well as go hungry due to nowhere else open!

Ordered the meal deal: 2 medium pizzas and two sides. We ordered two portions of wedges and when we got home, it looked like two half portions of wedges and the pizzas were a little overcooked. This order was a collection and the staff were not very friendly. Had to wait about 5mins to order as the staff were having a general chat and made me wait. Won?t be ordering from this one again.
