I have been a customer for two years now found twells to be a very competent dealership, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the vehicle I purchased from them has been excellent with no problems so far, top marks.

Don't know if I caught them on a bad day, but the service I received today was terrible - I was waiting to send a parcel, and the assistant decided to help the old lady in front put her phone top up on, but had problems. She could have put that on hold, and done my prepaid returns parcel, which took 10 seconds, but she wouldn't and was very rude when I asked if that was possible. Will never use that PO or shop again. Can't give zero stars !!
