Horrible experience using Asda pharmacy. Long queue?s almost every time, mainly due to the staff who are mostly very rude and like to take their time so that they feel important. There are a few nice ones but they aren?t there often. Trying to move to prescription delivery as I cannot rely on it as my pharmacy. They don?t always have what you need and I have been left without much needed meds on more than one occasion. Also you can?t always guarantee they have a pharmacist. It?s just not good enough.

Never answer the phone, Rang at 10am for them opening for the phone to continuously ring until it cut out, rang back straight away and just get the busy tone and that's all I've had for 20 minutes.

Asked for treatment, went back to car and read the box and realised it was the wrong stuff. So went in again to ask for a refund as the lady gave me the wrong product and not given on as I?d left the store.Now I have a product I don?t need and £8 less. Fuming is a understatement.

Customer service was absolutely nonexistent. Lady with short blonde hair who served to me really seemed like she didn?t want to be there. Spoke in 1 word sentences. Told me the item was unavailable, didn?t bother trying to look to see if it could be ordered in or help in any way.Absolutely terrible service

Never have anything in stock! How rude is it to tell a pregnant woman to go looking around town to see if any pharmacies MIGHT have it after they have all closed and that they have no clue when they will next have it in stock.

They want you to sign them up as your local pharmacy. You must be joking. First arrival long queue so went for a coffee. Went back even longer queue 10 people strong. When I got to front it will be another 20 minutes. Really can I really wait 45 minutes for a prescription. Back 20 minutes later and still another 10 in front. Staff are lovely system and management rubbish

Why don't they answer the phone?Still waiting after an hour and the phone cuts out and having to redial each time.Terrible service! Get more staff to cope with the service issues many have with this pharmacy.

Dont go there if you want to be issued with right medication!Around 2 weeks ago I discovered that the pharmacy issued me with double dose of my usual medicine. Because my sight is really impared, i noticed after almost a week of taking them, which ruined my whole treatment and I will be recovering for very long time.At first reaction was immiedate, I had a good conversation with them but that's just it! I received a Gesture of Good Will in £20 Asda voucher, which is insulting me in this situation.I was told that I will be contacted again and that a official report will be made and sended over. They called once to make sure they have right e-mail address and then one missed call.Since then no report, no contact and they dont answer the phone from my number!And now Im the one staying with results of their neglect, maybe even for life, as it strenghten all my traumas!I'm heading to the press and Citizen Advice with this matter, as this place should be better trained and more staffed or shutten down if they dont know how to treat people. They spend 20 minutes to prepare prescription and still cant do it properlyNot to mention that the right meds I received were with wrong address... Can you do anything right???1 star is too much anyway

Utterly rude staff. Always long queues. Never have my prescription, been waiting over a week and still no vital medications.

I was wait for prescription and lady said sorry for the waiting we are short staff and she was the only staff here tonight and Pharmacist I feel very sorry for them because it was busy Friday nightwhen you are the only pharmacy that is open to 11 o?clock in Boston and lots of people waiting and see the staff doing everything which should be a team effort and i think she will not have a break to eat or drink or the chill out and enjoy for break and thinking I have to go back to madness.I feel Asda boss/ manager only care about the MONEY !!! not the staff member safety or health. Also the stress of the job to get it right!!!!!The boss/ manager need to help !!! Or staff will leaving or go of ill of stressAnd Asda will not have a safe pharmacy .They need to listen to staff because nobody will want to work for AsdaNot a one star it is zero star review
