Busy and popular great staff . Lovely atmosphere. Love the ultimate latte. Comfortable seating and lots of different coffees . Hot a cold drinks. I love my app as I got a free coffee.

Placed order at drive thru and waited 15minutes in the que to be told cash only which we didn't have enough in the car and had to leave without the drinks, when they should of told us at the time of ordering

Lovely coffee & restaurant, clean, tidy and fast service. The staff was very friendly. My only gripe was advertising the Rolo hot chocolate in the restaurant when not on offer anymore. Apart from that, it was all perfect and I highly recommend it.

The ladies here are phenomenal here. When my mum was around they always served her helped her. Was amazing. Everyday they still ask and for family. A great team indeed

We called here for a drink - the place was a disgrace ! There were six tables with no customers- but all had debris from previous customers- no attempt being made by staff to clear up - totally unacceptable! Went to competitor nearby!

It's a nice Costa. Yeah, it's a little expensive and sometimes things are unavailable, but that's not that fault of the staff at all - who are extremely friendly, efficient and seem to get along well with each other. I especially like the white hot chocolate, it's so much nicer from this store than others I've had it from.Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian and vegan options.Parking: Lots of parking space

Absolutely disgusting attitude from a blonde haired female barista. My mother asked to go to the loo and she first said it was custom service to go to the loo so you had to buy something to use it but my mum is in her 50s and obviously when you get older your bladder gets weaker so she needed to go. She proceeded to throw a recipe with the loo code on it at my mum and behind her back she said ?it?s a (f word) joke?. Disgusting behaviour.
