Got 1 star because I couldn't give them no stars. Ordered pizza to westwood lakes. Driver turned up at the gate then turned around a matter of seconds later saying they'd tried ringing me multiple times. They didn't try at all! asked the manager from the store if they could re deliver and got told no because its a lodge at westwood lakes and not a house. (How that should make any difference I don't know). Asked for a refund instead and got told by the manager in no uncertain terms that a refund wasn't going to happen. All in all a bad experience made worse by a so manager with a clear attitude problem! Won't be using domino's again.

Only option for small pizza (on the app) was to go gluten free (not a problem), but just wondering why the base was SO thin? And it wasn't cut up properly ? also slightly burnt on one side. Could've gone asda and got one of theirs for the quality this time.

Normally there's no problem with our order. Today we got a dry pizza and a dry garlic pizza. Felt like it was left on the counter for hours. Did not taste fresh at all. People who work there are not very pleasant either when collecting

It's a Dominoes, average pizza at extortionate prices, if you have it delivered it's so expensive, better pizza cheaper from elsewhere.

Domino's are the best pizzas available in the area in my opinion. Always delivered within 20 minutes of ordering, extremely hot and full of flavour. However, with this branch, the burger sauce is missing on many occasions - over my last 5 orders, it was missing 3 times. Such a disappointment when opening the box as I add this specifically.Contacting the store can take a while but when you get through they are helpful. The last few orders I haven't bothered to call back because it's too much faff to sort/wait for redelivery etc etc. I have resorted to checking on delivery, unfortunately. 5 stars if the branch can get this part of the process right every time in future.

You know, it's Domino's. Food is consistently mediocre - and it's not a bad thing. It's a comfort food that is always acceptable, and you won't feel bad after eating it. Service is great, although the location could be better - yet, it's not a problem if you're looking for takeaway.

Over £100 spent. 2 of the 4 pizzas were dry and tasteless. The worst Dominoes I've ever been to. Tried to contact through the app. Didn't realize it hadn't gone through. Tried again 3 days later to get a response saying nothing they can do i left it too long. Have gone back to explain. But had no response. BOSTON DOMINOES AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It's a small shop, but in an easy to access area and not difficult to find at all. I live just out of the delivery range so have to collect every order, but that's not a big deal. Even my large orders are ready on time - sometimes earlier than expected - so collecting is a very easy process of getting in and getting out. The app/website tracker is great for keeping an eye on when you need to get your order, and has all the information about deals, which are often extremely good, so it's always worth taking a look before ordering!Food is consistently great, staff are friendly, and the prices - if making use of the deals - are reasonable.
