Been there a couple times for my bracelet and picked it up today with no problems at all, always nice staff and very helpful. Absolutely delighted with the service from the team at H Samuel in Boston. It's a little bit difficult leaving my engagement and wedding rings behind to be resized but Lily and Emma made me feel that my items would be cared for and looked after. There was a query about how exactly to resize my two colour gold wedding ring but this was dealt with really quickly and the ring came back sooner than the promised four week turnaround, which was a pleasant surprise. Communication is good by text and phone so that you know exactly where you are in the process. The nicest thing was when Lily recognised me when I went to pick up the rings today and let me know that she was going to get them as soon as I arrived in-store. They look so shiny now and I feel that the work done was good value for money. Highly recommended. Thanks team!

Brought a 9ct Yellow Gold 8.5 Inch Curb Chain Bracelet after a good chat with a young gentleman. He was very informative and went above and beyond to ensure I selected the right chain for my budget.All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend anyone to use the Boston store.I felt like I was treated like a valued customer and offered multiple options for my choice of chain, aftercare and insurance policies.
