I have just this second been through this car wash and my car was dragged to the left during drying, knocking my wing mirror inwards and scratching my door handle. I'm not overly fussed because my car is a 100 years old but I told the attendant before I left in case they needed to look at something in the car wash but the man I spoke to told me... 'What can I do? You were playing with the steering. I am not the boss. Call IMO.'1. You could have training in customer service.2. I was not playing with the steering.3. Thank God you're not the boss.4. I called IMO and they didn't answer.Don't use this car wash if you value your cars's paint work and/or you expect ANY kind of customer service.Shameful.

The wash was poor for the second time of going their, and left white marks on my car had to go to a hand car wash at Wyberton great job lad's

Good as usual, quick and easy, can sometimes be long queues so choose your time wisely.

Good for a quick wash (queues likely)Plenty of choice for more thorough washes too.Valets.Well priced.Also, if you don't have the app ... get it. Lots of offers and reward schemes.

Didnt wash the car very well think as end of day wanting to close up. Dryer didnt work to well so it had to have a shammy over it after.

Been using free car wash vouchers from confused for months with no issues but this wash station insisting they are expired all the time even though accepted at other ones down the road ok

Very bad service. They charging full amount of money and half of the wash is not working and they want want rubbing the dirt in to painwork

10 mins after leaving the car looked as bad as when I went in. Looked like it had been washed with recycled muddy water
