Never open! If it is I waited till 9.05am! Shutters down and all electric appliances were on! So gave up and will not waste time going to that pharmacy again!

My 87 year old mother suddenly after years of reliable prescription delivery suddenly 3 weeks ago didn't receive her monthly eye drops. Her neighbour offered to enquire on her behalf and was told it was because she hadn't paid for the delivery service which is £30 for 6 months, a charge they had advised all participants of by phone. The neighbour knowing that my mother was in need of the drops immediately as the prescription was now overdue promptly paid the charge. On returning with the news my mother who although is weak from previous cancer problems and unable to drive due to poor eyesight caused by her glaucoma was absolutely adamant that no one had phoned. She is plagued with nuisance phone calls and only answers her mobile which the pharmacy do not have.Why did the delivery person not speak to her when delivering the last prescription and why was the flyer that my husband was promptly given when complaining about the sudden charge not distributed in the packet?I think it is a disgrace especially in these difficult times that a pharmacy can prey on the vulnerable in this way!!!!!We were told the management would be contacting us to discuss these issues over a week ago but we sit and wait just like my mother did for her expensive eye drops!!!

Never had any problems there when I've gone there past & present normally phone chemist before I go as with situation at the moment dont want to go if there out of stock as could be putting staff at risk for an unessesary visit to them but staff are helpful all round great help

Always the same they cant find your prescription then its wrong. Average time to serve a customer over 8 minutes. Inefficient and clueless.
