I visited the store yesterday and was greeted by a lovely lady called Danielle. I explained that I needed to change my phone but was reluctant as I had things on it from my late husband that I was worried I might lose. She went above and beyond to help me from choosing my new phone and sorting everything out for me. She is a credit to your store. Thankyou so much.

5 weeks of an ongoing payment issue.Returned an apple watch back within 14 days and been charged £609 for the watch even after it being returned, been into store, on the phone and on live chat with o2 and hasn?t been resolved after they?ve told multiple times they would. Now being accused of not returning the watch within 14 days even with proof of a recipe and on the o2 system. o2 employees have no idea what they?re doing and have had nothing but issues with o2 since the new phone. 5 weeks of ongoing issues over one simple problem!

Since moving the shop around the corner, the staff seem less interested in selling phones and more interested in chatting with themselves.Went in with my partner to upgrade her phone to the new iPhone 15 pro and was treated like an inconvenience by the young lady. Not the service myself nor my partner expect from this store, so we left and haven?t returned since. I don?t know where these new staff members have come from but they are miles behind the Boston staff so far.We are also heavily considering not doing business with this o2 store again. Real shame after years of amazing service from Chris over the years!

Went in with new phones bought elsewhere. Ever so helpful, they put our sim cards in new phones and even moved all phone numbers and apps to new phone.

Had my new Pixel 7a now just over week and having only had Samsungs in the last few years, I'm very happy with the choice. Sophie helped me decide on the phone and gave me various plan options. Very nice lady who I wouldn't think twice about recommending, if you're in the market for a new phone.

My 13 year old daughter needed a new phone, as her Samsung was struggling. Sophie, at the Boston shop, was brilliant in helping me chose a new phone to meet her needs. She listened to what was important in a phone and discussed her current usage, to ensure I wasn't over paying for more data than she needed. She suggested various options, without feeling pushed into anything. She also pointed out that I could save money off my bill with the rewards app and even showed me on her own phone how it worked. I went home to consider my options and returned the next day to purchase an Oppo. So far I'm very impressed and more importantly, so is my daughter. Thank you Sophie, for helping me find the right phone for my daughter.? ?

Got myself a contract with a phone at Boston O2 shop after an unpleasant experience with the "3" network.It wasn't cheap but at least now I can get better internet reception.John was very helpful and even worked overtime to help set up my new phone.There was a hiccup getting my old number transferred and whilst John was away, Ben, John's colleague, was helpful and called customer service to sort things out, and even asked O2 main office to pay any outstanding bill occurred with "3" if it's O2's fault.Highly recommended.
