I am a disabled wheelchair user and needed to renew my driving license at a participating post office. Although it claimed to have 'easy wheelchair access', this wasn't reflected in the behavior of the staff. When I arrived, there were two open cashiers serving customers, and no one else was waiting. Instead of trying to navigate around the roped queuing system, I waited next to one of the windows. However, I was chastised by the cashier for not using the designated queue system.Next, I needed to have my photograph taken in front of a white background. The cashier approached me and asked if I could stand up for the picture. Despite the difficulty, I managed to stand up, but the cashier's first attempt at taking the picture was unsuccessful, so it had to be retaken. By this time, several people had started queuing, and I felt humiliated as I struggled to stand and then return to my wheelchair. The incident caused me pain for the rest of the day and throughout the night.After having my picture taken, I encountered more difficulties. The counter was high, making it challenging for me to read the tablet the cashier was holding up, and when she posted it through the partition, I struggled to reach it. Luckily, I had someone accompanying me who could assist.It is essential for the staff to understand that 'easy wheelchair access' involves more than just a step-free entrance.

Coming here very regularly, the business that I work for uses this post office, and its convenient to come here as its next to our business.The cashier that works there really needs to work on her customer skills, she has really poor attitude towards the customers.She is also very rude and disrespectful.

I paid for postage at the royal mail site, printed the address & customs form provided on there & stuck them on the parcel. They wouldn't accept it they said it's the wrong customs form which I found hard to believe. The woman has always had a problem with me in there she should get the sack. Besides the tiny stick on forms they give you at the PO are too small for me to read. I am partialy sighted & also glasses steam up while wearing a mask so couldn't fill it in. I then went to the main Post office & they accepted the parcel no problem

The rude and boorish behavior of a mail employee in this office.21/11/2019At about 4 pm, they did not give me my parcel. Although I had my driver?s license with me.
